Hosted by: David Prescott
Guest Speaker: Dr. Aliza Pressman
This webinar focuses on trauma and resilience—topics of importance to all professionals. Whether we work with children, teens, or adults, fostering resilience in the wake of trauma is vital to understanding clients and providing effective interventions.
To bring some perspective and nuance to this topic, Dr. Aliza Pressman will share helpful ways to think about trauma and resilience, especially related to children’s experiences during this pandemic. She will offer advice and research on the best inoculations, if you will, to protect our children from chronic stress responses and to aid the process of developing resiliency.
