We have always prided ourselves at quickly processing orders and finding the right balance of the cost of shipping and timely delivery. But during the past few weeks we have seen COVID and a holiday-lag result in longer shipping times. We are continuing to process orders as they come in, and the smaller orders we ship from our Vermont headquarters go out quickly. However, the Post Office has been reporting that their shipping times have increased. The company we use to warehouse and ship many of our larger orders has experienced delays in processing and getting orders out the door, though they are working overtime to catch up.
In short, orders may take two or three days (sometimes longer) more than usual to go from processing in our sales office, to arriving at our customers’ locations. Please be aware of this and plan your orders accordingly.
We expect this situation to be temporary and for things to get back to normal in a few weeks.
