In order to receive a CE credit certificate after watching the training, you must:

- Complete and submit the evaluation form below
Following the completion of these tasks, Continuing Excellence, LLC will verify that you’ve passed with a score of 80% or higher and send you a certificate by email. Please allow 12-14 days for certificate processing.
